OUR CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
In 2012, Longrich has invested RMB 600 million for the construction of its new and modern intelligent plant. The new facility covers an area of 20.000 square meters of fully automated warehouse and production site which includes workshops for skin care and oral care products, toothpaste, mouthwash, bath salts, talcum powder, hand cream lotion, makeup, soaps, laundry detergents and household cleaning products.
Features & Highlights:
- 1. Our production site' floor reference has a pharmaceutical plant standard.
- 2. Some areas of our workshops reached the 100,000 standard.
- 3. Our skin care workshops covers a total area of 6,500 square meters, the whole process is automated operation , greatly reducing labor costs , greatly improved work efficiency.
- 4. GEA2000L + 300 L sets of cream mix and holding tanks system imported from Germany.
- 5. The Italian ACMA-PYSTER Shampoo automatic filling line, with an efficiency up to 200 bottles / min.
- 6. U.S and German World class & automatic lotion filling lines , which produces most of Longrich’ shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, cream, etc., with an annual production capacity of 10 million bottles.
- 7. Strong toothpaste production capacity. 275 million units / year.
- 8. ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System ;
- 9. Through ISO22716: 2007
- 10. GMPC attestation (Guideline for Good Manufacturing Practice of Cosmetic Products), all the product can meet the European and American standard.
